If you don’t want your negatives, it will be CHF 2 cheaper.

After processing, we will send you an invoice. Due within 30 days. We reserve the right to request a prepayment.

Please check your Spam Folder. WeTransfer sometimes puts it there. If you still can’t find them please contact us.

Download links to your digitized images remain active for 30 days after delivery.
If needed, we can restore the files from our backup within 60 days of the original delivery date, subject to a small fee.
After 60 days, all files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. In this case we have to do a rescan.

You can either pick them up personally or have them sent back to you (extra costs are applicable). We will keep your negatives for a maximum of 3 months: please, don't forget to pick them up. As a standard, we cut your negatives in stripes of six and store them in pergamin or plastic print files; nevertheless, we won't cut the roll if the frames are underexposed (to avoid damaging them) or if there is any spacing issue.
