If you don’t want your negatives, it will be CHF 2 cheaper.

After processing, we will send you an invoice. Due within 30 days. We reserve the right to request a prepayment.

Please check your Spam Folder. WeTransfer sometimes puts it there. If you still can’t find them please contact us.

Please download your Pictures within 4 weeks. After that time we will delete your files and have to do a rescan.

You can either pick them up personally or have them sent back to you (extra costs are applicable). We will keep your negatives for a maximum of 3 months: please, don't forget to pick them up. As a standard, we cut your negatives in stripes of six and store them in pergamin or plastic print files; nevertheless, we won't cut the roll if the frames are underexposed (to avoid damaging them), if there is any spacing issue, or is there are only a few exposed frames.
